Terms and Conditions

1. Our intention is to deal with our customers in fairness and do everything in our power to keep our promises, no questions asked, and ensure that we solve the problem and our products and services do what they are advertised to do. Where this is in dispute we will always attempt to correct the problem or where this is not possible reverse the transaction.
2. To achieve the end result of a complete power backup solution designed to keep our customers online during load shedding internet hardware needs to be of a ‘standard’ installation configuration consisting of a maximum of 2 DC powered devices.
3. If there are more than this maximum amount of devices that need to be powered during power outages a second UPS may be required.
4. We trust that our customers reciprocate and deal with us in this spirit of fairness.
5. Delivery and installation, if applicable, is only available in Cape Town areas with the following street codes – 7405, 7441, 7550, 7700, 7708, 7780, 7800, 7806, 7925, 7945, 8001, 8005.
6. The same day delivery and installation, if applicable, is offered from Monday to Friday on a ‘first come first serve’ basis while stocks last for the above listed areas only.  All installations not completed on the day of purchase will be scheduled to the next available day.
7. All purchases in areas other than those listed above will a shipping fee with such shipping being door-to-door by courier and delivered in 1 – 3 business days.
8. The installation cannot be completed if the customer fails to provide access to the premises on the booked day and time in a timely manner to complete the installation and will be charged a fee for an alternate installation date if the appointment is not kept.
9. The performance guarantee period is valid for the 6 months from the date of purchase and subject to a 6-month or 300 cycles (whichever comes first) evaluation.
10. This performance guarantee is further subject to the customer using a 12V 3A power supply.
11. We will endeavour to achieve a 24Hr turnaround for any service related queries and equipment replacement or upgrades.
12. It is required that all internet hardware devices are located in the same place or within 50cm of each other to provide an internet power backup solution.  If this is not the case a power backup solution can still be achieved but there may be an additional fee for any additional equipment supplied.
